How long till I get my order?
If your order is a custom made item processing time is approx 4-7 business days. Anything that is not custom such as pens and accessories, processing time is approx 1-2 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
We currently offer local pickup from Townsville, QLD. An email will be sent once your item is ready to be collected.
Can I return my item if I change my mind?
We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for a change of mind. In the event your product has arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us right away so that we can arrange a solution that will satisfy you. You can get in touch through any of our socials or via our contact us form. Please see our

At Sparkle Name Badges, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether it’s a change of heart or an unexpected issue with your order, we’re here to help you navigate through it. Our goal is to ensure that you have a positive experience with us, and we want to clarify our policies to make things easier for you.
We want to be upfront about our return policy. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for change of mind. We know this can be disappointing, but we encourage you to choose carefully when selecting your personalized name badge or badge reel. Each item is made with care and attention to detail, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your choice.
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please reach out to us immediately. We’re here to assist you and will do our best to resolve any issues. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that you receive the product you expected.
In the event that you need to cancel your order, we ask that you do so within 12 hours of placing it. Please note that a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking and administration costs. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep our operations running smoothly.

Shipping Information
Processing Times
Currently, our processing time for all orders is between 5 to 10 business days. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each name badge is crafted with care and attention to detail, so you can enjoy a product that truly reflects your personality.
Shipping Fees
For shipping, we offer a Standard Postage option at a flat rate of $10.00. However, if your order exceeds $150 its FREE shipping!

Addresses
It is your responsibility to ensure that the postal address you provide at the time of your order is correct. Double-checking your address can save you from potential delays or issues with delivery.
