We want to be upfront about our return policy. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for change of mind. We know this can be disappointing, but we encourage you to choose carefully when selecting your personalized name badge or badge reel. Each item is made with care and attention to detail, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your choice.

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please reach out to us immediately. We’re here to assist you and will do our best to resolve any issues. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that you receive the product you expected.

In the event that you need to cancel your order, we ask that you do so within 12 hours of placing it. Please note that a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking and administration costs. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep our operations running smoothly.
